Every few months the app will disable biometric login and require entering username and password. If either is incorrect it displays message reset password or call UOB for assistance. Calling UOB on this is useless because phone banking cannot assist with password reset. Why then bother with the message to call??? UOB TMRW. To reset password, don't bother clicking on reset password or calling us. Just go to branch.

i have been using finger print log in all the time but out of sudden finger print log in disabled and ask for enabled again. Proceed log in screen typing password keyboard cannot even view what has been typed unlike app from other banks. how can i know did i enter password correctly or not? Reset password required customer to walk-in to branch or ATM. Apparently there are limited branches and ATM. Such a inconveniences really frustrating and wasting customer time.

Cannot perform international transfers or top up your phone credit from the app. Customer Service is very poor which is not surprising as Malaysia is known for this. UOB Singapore customer service is first class, UOB Malaysia should follow their lead. You call a call centre and 90% of the time they cannot help you as they do not know , they are just bodies filling seats 😔
