Ratings and reviews

The app is usable, but it's full of missed features and annoying behaviors: 1. CreditCard transaction list updates once in 2 days. No way to see any info about resent transactions. 2. There is no way to see how to make payments for credit card account. 3. I can attribute each transaction to a category, but cannot group or analyze the data in any way. 4. The app doesn't support push notifications about transactions. Only via sms. I really hope all the items will be covered soon.

Thought the Citi app was bad, well UOB manages to topple the terrible experience. Very slow server reponse, sometimes OPT SMS won't send, stupidly long and poorly thoughtput process to acitvate account on app. They definitely cheap out on UX/UI. UPDATE: Thier face verifcation makes it absolute nightmare to transfer money out of the bank. Terrible stingy bunch of greedy corporate airheads.

Can't even log in, OTP is not working. I miss my Citibank app already, never had any problems before. Before migrating to another app, you should have made sure that it was working properly. Tried calling but no one answers the phone. Edit: Tried calling again, they don't answer the phone, automatic voice says that they will call me back asap but they never did.

UOB TMRW just got an update! You can now expand your investment portfolio directly on the app by buying, switching, or selling unit trusts. Tap on Wealth in the bottom bar to manage your finances.
UOB TMRW will also update the minimum support for Android devices to be Android 9 or above. Update your device to Android 9 or above to continue using our app.
