Ratings and reviews

The security is over kill, I could make my password a lot more complicated and longer if I could copy paste it from last pass instead of having to remember it and type it in everytime. There are many other ways of securing a site other than diabling the copy paste functionality. The sharing function does not work, when the image to share comes up from the transaction the share icons don't appear anymore.

The credit card promotion registration process is unnecessarily complicated. Users must repeatedly navigate back to the registration page after viewing promotion details, and they are also required to manually enter their card number each time. This becomes especially inconvenient for customers with multiple cards. The system should be improved to provide a more seamless and user-friendly experience.

Extremely disappointing experience. The marketing promises cashback and loan services, but in reality there is almost no real support or benefit. Customer service is incredibly bad. Every time you need help, you have to wait 2 to 3 hours just to speak with someone, and sometimes they simply hang up without solving anything. It has honestly been a complete waste of time, energy, and money. Very frustrating experience overall, and definitely one of the worst banking services I have ever
