The security is over kill, I could make my password a lot more complicated and longer if I could copy paste it from last pass instead of having to remember it and type it in everytime. There are many other ways of securing a site other than diabling the copy paste functionality. The sharing function does not work, when the image to share comes up from the transaction the share icons don't appear anymore.

Annoying to use, to do anything is more difficult than kbank and scb for example. Credit card can't be used. Totally unorganized. Chat doesn't work. Call center doesn't work been on hold online for 20 minutes. Basically nothing works. Useless. Face scan transfer doesn't work, app doesn't work have to use the website instead, how to do qr transfer?

Terrible. I had an application SSHelper, that I sometimes use to sync files to my phone over the network..some moron at UOB decided that I can not use their app when that app is installed...not even running. Now they also want me to change the name my phone is registered under. I have been using this phone number for almost 30 years, it is registered under my wife name... now it has to be registered under my name or I will not be able to use their app. Are they trying to annoy their customers?

UOB TMRW just got updated! We've simplified your daily transfer limits, which combines 3 limits (other UOB accounts, other bank accounts, and PromptPay transfers) to a single limit called local transfer limit. We've also increased the maximum daily limit for each segment. We've also fixed a few bugs and made upgrades to create a better experience for you.
