Anyone in UOB using this? All 3 channels (Web, Mobile & App) offer different functions. Not offering full functions and standard across the channel. Why? Annoying PopUp reminds you of overseas deals every time you click when you are overseas. Just like a spam website with annoying PoPups! Too many clicks to get things done, even after viewing your card bill. There's no "X" for dismissal, I'm in the same country and still pop up Everytime i click on account

At first, it was pretty useful, then issues like taking forever to get logged in started to surface. The "logging in securely" message seems to be spinning and spinning. Clearing cache or reinstalling didn't help so it really is a technical shortcomings. As a result, I'm banking much more with UOB's competitors these days. What a way to lose customers.

tried to do an application for card/account and the app requested to update contact details after I clicked apply. submitted the update for contact details then when going back to do the application the app says there's a duplicate application and to close the window. It's an app, there are no windows for goodness sake. After closing the app and reopening, it works again but then when applying halfway, the app keeps force logging out itself so I can't even complete the application. Wow. UX bad
