About this app

With the innovative WiFi control panel from Viessmann in conjunction with the Vitovent-D app via your smartphone, you have the opportunity to ensure comfortable indoor air quality at all times. This is easily possible via the app or directly via the control panel on the wall.

One fan, one app – numerous possibilities.

Control your ventilation system quickly and easily using the Vitovent-D app. You can easily select the mode that suits you best. Switch between heat recovery and ventilation in no time, enjoy silent relaxation in sleep mode or adjust the ventilation using the time mode to suit your specific daily requirements. For even more peace of mind, the fan automatically takes over control in automatic mode for your optimal feel-good climate. If necessary, you can also control your ventilation system outside of your WLAN. All you need to do is create a free account at https://account.viessmann.com/register-end-customer and link your ventilation system once with this Viessmann account in the “Remote control” app area. You can then control the system on the go if necessary.

Configuration & Status

You can make settings and status checks conveniently and clearly in the menu, which is hidden behind the fold-out symbol. Important information about the operating hours of the individual zones and the filter status can be found here. It is also possible to name your individual ventilation areas under “Zones”.

Current notification

Convenient notification of current status checks: The app automatically informs you when, for example, B. an air filter needs to be changed. This means you don't have to check the filter status manually, you just have to pay attention to the red dot next to the notification symbol in the top right corner.

Current ventilation mode

The icons show which ventilation mode has been selected. In the example shown, the “ventilation” mode with heat recovery is selected. Using the symbol for the current ventilation mode, other modes such as “sleep”, “shock ventilation” or “time” can be called up and selected. In the example shown, the selection is on “Automatic” mode.

Ventilation & heat recovery

Would you like to decide for yourself when to use the heat recovery function when it comes to ventilation? Depending on the ventilation mode, there is the option to make further settings. In “ventilation” mode, the crossed arrows mean “heat recovery”, the straight arrows stand for “ventilation”, i.e. ventilation without heat recovery. The direction of the arrow defines the direction of “ventilation”. In “Automatic” mode, the “Settings” field appears, in which detailed information about the target temperature, humidity and more can be set.

Stepless regulation

Depending on the ventilation mode selected, the intensity and duration of the ventilation can be easily adjusted. By touching and moving the ventilation level icon, stepless control can be carried out with a swipe of a finger. This means you can always find the ideal setting for you.

Current temperature, humidity and air quality in the room

Your comfortable climate at a glance: The room temperature in degrees Celsius, relative humidity in percent and the air quality are visible at all times. Emojis help to classify the air quality information: a smiling emoji icon means that the quality is good. If the emoji is sad, you should change the ventilation settings or check the filter status.
