Getting Started
• Download the Vonage Extensions VoIP app to your Android device
• Enter your mobile number, your Vonage VoIP phone number and your account password.

Ratings and reviews

Needs to support all phone app functionality. Biggest issue for me is I have to keep ringer on. Vibrate doesn't work with Extensions. My ideal Vonage "app" wouldn't be an app at all...it would be an eSim where I could use my normal dialer. Wired phones and smartphones with this app often don't all ring on inbound calls. Sometimes it rings and doesn't quit ringing until the phone is rebooted. Moving from one Wi-Fi access point to another (mesh) or Wi-Fi to cellular Internet often drops calls.

There is no way to call your voicemail directly ftom a cell. the pick-up and hang-up buttons are switched from a cell phone setting, so it is very easy to hang up on soneone. One more word of caution in general: Vonage allows blockage of ONLY 50 phone numbers! After that -- too bad, sucker! Enjoy the phone spam! The only GOOD thing I have to say about Vonage is that it is cheap and has good customer service.

This app no longer is able to play voicemails - when navigating to that tab, it generally gives a spinner and then displays "No messages" even though I know I have new ones. In the odd chance it does display the messages, clicking on one causes a hang, a crash, or the "No messages" to be displayed. PLEASE FIX!! I thought it might just be the mobile app but then I went to the Vonage website on my PC and it turns out that it has the SAME PROBLEM. C'mon, really....?
