My app will not update. Useless to me now!!! Keeps asking to download and will not download and update.

Does not let me open app. continuously says to download the new app which has already been downloaded.

I had a very bad experience with the after sales service. I bought a wallet and it has a defect in it and tried to exchange it although I have the bill, they said they will fix it and takes from 3 to 6 month and pay fees too. And I don't have a store in my country, should I book a flight and travel to bring it back after 6 months!!
