Edit to my original review. I was having an issue on my Android phone where the app stopped working properly out of the blue. I reached out to tech support without reply originally, but then they did call me directly. They let me know that it was an Android bug issue and they were actively working on it. 3 days later my app works again. Was not expecting a direct phone call, and that definitely changes my view of them. True customer service. Some companies still have it. Thank you!

The app used to function very well. However, for the last 3 weeks I have been unable to book classes due to a bug. The app is requiring me to sign a waiver but the "sign and accept" button does not work and classes can't be booked without the waiver. I have contacted my studio and they have had no luck in getting the bug worked out either. I will update my review if/when the app begins working again.

App stopped showing full screen. I am unable to scroll down to the bottom to the schedule and "Book a Visit" button disappeared from the top. After clearing my cache, the I have deleted and reinstalled the app twice, which was not successful in fixing the problem. I have read many reviews that describe the same problem (after updates on Android phones).
