WorldFirst's service is very good. Their customer service is also good, and the money transfer process is simple and straightforward. Providing local currency accounts is especially helpful, and creating a convenient way to send and receive money in different currencies is a great advantage for international trade and transactions. However, the app and web need to be improved, sometimes it is very difficult and very slow when it needs to be. We expect better things and adjustments in the future.

poor client experience. I could create an account and without any prior notice my account was deactivated, i thought it was a technical issue, while the problem was my account and I never knew until I contacted them asking clarification... and instead of apologizing they requested tons of additional files .... even if they provide the best financial services in the world closing my account for no reason and not apologizing for it is good enough to avoid this bank forever

I want to create an account for worldfirst and I have submitted a request as a Pakistani. they allow individuals to account for Pakistan's but when I submit everything they demand a passport. I already submitted the Id card. I can't provide a passport because I don't have it right now. kindly solve my issue. I went to the live chat and Ai chatbot saying click on the following button but there no button is showing. kindly solve this chatbot issue.
