this is the worse thing ever I've put money on. the location is almost impossible to refresh when you want. I've put it to charge for two hours, after that, the screen started to show a black lines and they seem permeant. i complained for the customer service, it took 2 weeks to get response. the response was I didn't buy insurance for the screen which they sell so they are offering a complete new watch to BUY with discount. even though we didn't break the screen. total trash.

surreal bad! suddenly as a guardian I don't see my child's device in the app anymore, I cannot text them, nor I receive their messages. When I try to add a device, I get an error message that the device is already added to my account.. reinstalls, resets, nothing works. same with my husband's phone. support is everything but supportive, reported the issue several times in the last few days, not solved yet at all. unbelievable!

The watch has been bit of disappointment to say the least. the battery longevity is bad after 2 years of mild use. The watch touch response to certain functions doesn't work (connectivity, data, Bluetooth, and WiFi). My xplora page doesn't even let you log in many times. Recently the watch got update notifications and wanted to update but connectivity just doesn't turn on ( no WiFi enabled, or data or Bluetooth). everything else is okay. how does this even happen? 😡
