Can't turn off range notifications from app and range is awful, which makes the sock unusable. When you go to do a feeding in the middle of the night and the sock wakes up the household because it went out of range and you have to undress the now screaming baby to get it off and go all the way back to the crib to put it away after waking up your partner who only just got to sleep, you're not very inclined to put it back on. But range notifications are dumb, I know she's okay, I carried her away.

Love the product itself, but the app needs a lot of work. The app constantly just reads that it's connecting to the base station, and then it won't. There's seems to be more issues with that the last couple of weeks and I'm not for sure why. I'm connected to appropriate wifi and my phone is connected to the same wifi as sock. I also always have an issue with it saying no data found for the readings throughout the night when I try to check. Customer service takes like 2 days to even email back.

The idea is great. The execution is terrible. It's inconsistent when it works. It stops reading unless you're in the app so switching between another app and this causes issues. Overall I would give the product a 4/5 when it works and 1/5 most of the time because it doesn't work. The app saying it still works when it doesn't show as reading isn't comforting either because I don't trust that it actually is. There's nothing indicating it's even connected to the sock.
