Since the new update, the app doesn't connect camera to both my husband's and my phone. The app says the camera cannot connect but it is actually the app issue because camera and sock are both connected and send data to the app. We bought the sock + camera like 8 months ago and something went wrong less than 1 year. We contacted the customer service and got the camera replaced. I was able to use the app again less than a day, and then it stopped working. We use relatively new phones (android).

This app is so maddening. When it works, it's great. The picture in picture is great. But it hangs constantly or loses connection with the camera, so I have to close and reopen the app throughout the day to get it to work again. we just use the camera. Video quality is fine but the audio can be spotty at times. Overall just feels like a really rough app for such an expensive product.

the app is awful and buggy. it sometimes takes 20-30 seconds to open, all while an alarm is going off. the sock gives so many false alarms. it gets a little loose sometimes as the baby moves around and the alarm is like "YOU'RE BABY IS DYING RIGHT NOW!". the alarm sounds like there's an incoming missile. I've been holding my perfectly fine baby and had the alarm go off. also the camera disconnects sometimes and sometimes refuses to reconnect unless unplugged and replugged several times.
