Can't turn off range notifications from app and range is awful, which makes the sock unusable. When you go to do a feeding in the middle of the night and the sock wakes up the household because it went out of range and you have to undress the now screaming baby to get it off and go all the way back to the crib to put it away after waking up your partner who only just got to sleep, you're not very inclined to put it back on. But range notifications are dumb, I know she's okay, I carried her away.

The app was great for the longest time until about a month ago when we started having connectivity issues with the camera. The sock has been great, but the camera hardly loads how it's supposed to now. Often times I need to close out the app entirely and reopen to get the camera to load and that doesn't always work. It's very frustrating, especially since it used to connect instantly all the time. Would've given 5 stars if it loaded how it used to.

Not a sock review. The camera works on MY phone (maybe it's just a compatibility issue) around 70-80% of the time. even when all my apps connect well this one ends up buffering or timing out or freezes. Luckily the audio works closer to 95% of the time so I can still hear my baby but there have been times when my baby cries and it doesn't show it or sound like it. It doesn't always record when I need it to. It's God awful to connect to a network. That last part really needs to be fixed honestly.
