Ratings and reviews

The app needs to be updated immediately. It constantly crashes while looking for a provider, logs you out while in the middle of a search, while logging back in can give you a random error making it impossible to log in again, need to uninstall and re install. This is unacceptable for an app that is crucial to get medical care to be this unusable.

The app would not allow me save or take screenshot of insurance card, extremely frustrating. That was the only reason I downloaded the app, so for that reason it is pretty useless. App has now been updated to Surest. Does not work to enter the information on my insurance card to create an account. Not looking forward to being on hold and troubleshooting for them. I wish I knew surest was bind, but I think the rebrand was meant to be a trap.

I can never reach beyond. Login to the app. After successful login, it asks me every time to verify phone number. It keeps saying error message "There are errors on the form that must be corrected before you can continue" though I gave all the correct info. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue follows. Its frustrating seriously!

What’s new
