Disappointed. My Ultima Bob 141 isn’t recognized. To make things worse, the store section keeps glitching: sometimes it loads, other times it just throws "Application Error." Fix the compatibility and the bugs, then maybe it’ll be worth using. Until then, hard to recommend.

The Ultima Boom 141 earbuds themselves are decent in terms of sound quality, but the app experience is absolutely dreadful. Even though the earbuds are already connected via Bluetooth, the app just refuses to acknowledge them and gets stuck on "searching for device." For a product that's supposed to enhance your audio experience, the app completely ruins it. It’s a shame, because the earbuds have potential but the app is a dealbreaker. I have no choice but to initiate a return.

I bought ultimate boom 141. It didn't connect with app thinking it was a glitch i restarted. I later contacted ultima reporting my issue. They said boom141 doesn't work with app. I asked about the photo in playstore which showed boom141 connected with app. They gave a lame answer telling it didn't connect anyways. The support team was quick and nice but disappointed with ultima. Feel scammed.
