App worked wonderfully for one building then continued to Jay crash over and over. would be awesome if it just continued to work. be careful if your ticket is only available through the app

Needs work. If installed using the national museum wifi, then does not accurately pick up location. If installed, without the nat museum wifi, it seeks another wifi network nm.. and this does not seem to work well either. Someone has put a lot of effort into this app for it not to work. Need to work on basis of a newby coming in and make it bulletproof, or just go really simple

Dear Alison, We are very sorry about your experience. Would you be so kind and provide us more information on it@nm.cz? The app should connect to our secret Wi-Fi if you are not using our public one. The public one is little bit slower since the limitation, that's why there is a faster one. Our apologies again!
