Now you can bring the whole family, your dogs, and even your bikes on your journey with Rejsekort as an app. You can check in up to 28 additional adults, children, dogs, or bikes – besides yourself, of course. You are free to combine any two of these passenger types along with your own check-in, for example, bikes and children or adults and dogs.

Ratings and reviews

Its a nice app that works pretty flawlessly, however its missing features that are too essential for me. You cannot add a bike, or other passengers to your travels like you can with the rejsekort at the stations. Its easier to add my injured family member to my card than for them to keep forking out their wallet or phone while I assist them. Same for family that comes to visit. I would love to give 5 stars once this feature is added.

Added payment by card twice in the app. Doesn't show up in the app afterwards. Created a case through the app, got an email saying they will look at it in 14 days.... Called them and described the problem. Support says that card adding feature is probably down but they can create a new case for investigating the problem. Insisted on them using the existing case. They said it would at least take a couple of days to figure out the problem. Basic features of the app not working. It's a fail.

One nitpick here. The add companion flow is a bit flawed. I think it should already have me in there, like in the DSB app. It's much easier to think in that way. Otherwise you end up thinking you're adding yourself into the journey basket but you're actually adding another person on top. UPD. Perhaps an update to the icon could eliminate some of the confusion? A little plus '+' next to the silhouettes to signify that you're in fact adding stuff on top and not forming group.
