every other day the app start crashing, either not booting up or boots with a web page not reachable error. moreover, there's issue with live tracking of taxi arrival time.. one moment it stuck on 7min before suddenly droping down to 2min..

I booked my daily ride today through the EGO app from my home to the college hotel for duty. I didn’t expect a Land Cruiser to arrive, but it was a great surprise and truly made my day. The ride was smooth and the service was excellent. Thank you, EGO, for a wonderful experience.

very bad, when you book ride the cost shows in range. like lowest to highest but mostly when ride finished the cost become more than the highest range. they misleading by putting wrong cost and 99% end with cost more than the range. never recommend. you don't know actual fare while booking the ride. other apps are much better than this.
