In an attempt to pair the ev.energy app with my Toyota app, I came to discover that my car will not support the wireless transfer of my data. While I am unable to speak to the particulars of the app and its operation, I would like to commend their customer service department, in particular Chris K. In multiple email exchanges, Chris was helpful, informative, clear and extremely prompt with his responses. A real example of excellent customer service.

I was starting to think this was actually working but now for whatever reason it only charges for an hour or so and then it stops no matter if it's on smart or regular or boost (not nice to wake up in the morning and have 10% battery). I'm growing tired of writing to the customer service for issues. Very disappointed. The second star is there because it's easy to use.

If you want to wake up one day and find your car NOT charged, this is the app you should get. It will stop charging randomly even after turning the smart charger off. Believe me, you will sleep easier knowing you don't have to worry about your car being charged.
