Since that 5G plan was introduced, this app (and the Mobile Service) has been performing poorly. I'm currently not even able to access my account. Every time I try to log in, it keeps saying "Error loading application. Please try again later". In addition, I've been waiting hours to speak with a Technical Support agent about the issue and still no response. This is frustrating.

The ENet app is very useful and a very easy to use app, the reason I'm giving it 4 star is because there's one thing that annoys me. Every time I have to use the app I have to be entering the otp code which is quite annoying even tho it's for security reasons. But Atleast what you can do is when the code is sent, allow it to automatically be entered into the field which is usually the case for most apps like Whatsapp for example.

I'm having a good experience so far, totally impressed by the offerings. The competition needs to step their game up. *Update* The internet service has become incredibly slow and the app needs updating or something, it's buggy and terribly slow to the point of me not being able to login in sometimes. I'll have to drop this 5 star rating down to a 2.
