It just shows a blank screen when I log in and nothing happens. Weeks have gone by and nothing works update (four years after my original review): still having issues with it not wanting to log in and "service not available" with no further explanation. Have to uninstall and reinstall just to access my accounts this is the WORST bank app I have ever used! Seriously considering closing my accounts.

Reason to avoid. Transactions process very slowly. When a purchase is made it will show in your balance. After the pending transition is completed. It reveres the balance. Then a week later remove it again. This leads to confusion and possible overdrafts. You must document every transaction before and after and check daily to document any changes. This app is a nightmare. No support exists. Truist is just a terrible bank to bank with.

I am repeatedly seeing a 'version out of date' message (Reference Code: CM) despite being on the latest version of the Truist Mobile app. I’ve verified there are no pending updates in the app store, but the prompt continues to block my sign-in. ``` We've recently added some updates and enhancements to Truist Mobile. And it looks like your current version is out of date. All you need to do is update your app, then you're all set to sign in. Reference Code: CM ```
