This is horrible! 3rd time downloading it. Finally got the app to open. Trying to link my printer, and keep getting the "buy premium" add popping up. I'm just trying to print out 3 pages of medical docs. This is annoying. No help link or faq, either. EDIT: after spending way to much time on this, I guess the simplest pop up answer on the app could have been "your printer is not supported". I eventually, through loading an aditional app, found this out. I don't use it enough to buy a new one.

Initial setup worked fine but everything went well. Pretty good color was excellent and then all of a sudden. For some reason I can't get print smart to work. Can't get the printer to work. Can't even get it to recognize the internet. So, and it's so frustrating trying to find proper information and guidance even from h. P's website

DO NOT DOWNLOAD or make any purchases through this app. This is a scam app, and I do not recommend it. It feels like it "slid" into my downloads and made me believe that I needed to make a purchase when setting up my HP printer, but it is not so. It appears to not be an official HP printer app either.
