Dear Team, I’ve been using the OneLap device for 2.5 years and I’m extremely disappointed. The app updates haven’t improved accuracy — the battery often shows 100% even when it's at 50%, and real-time tracking is delayed by a day at times. The device also turns off automatically despite being fully charged, and customer service has been unhelpful. Due to these ongoing issues, I cannot recommend this product.

I have been using the Onelap device for 1.5 years with a 5-year plan, and as far as now, it has been working wonderfully well. It's easy to track the car's location and monitor the speed while it's on the roads. Once, my car had to be towed as it had an accident, and even when it was towed and the car was having vibrations, I got the notifications continuously until it was offloaded. I dont mind recommending the product to anyone and everyone as it has been doing well for me.

Decent product gets the job done. some improvements are possible. Bought during the Amazon sale. It has Starvis 1 sensor not 2. over all in 80% of the situations number plates are readable. App is also good. some times takes long time to connect or format SD card. As it's only 25FPS, the audio is not properly recorded in sync with Video. Video footage is OK. would have been best if Starvis 2 would have been there. i suggest to give some OTA update with good color scheme changes and night vision
