I have been using the Onelap device for 1.5 years with a 5-year plan, and as far as now, it has been working wonderfully well. It's easy to track the car's location and monitor the speed while it's on the roads. Once, my car had to be towed as it had an accident, and even when it was towed and the car was having vibrations, I got the notifications continuously until it was offloaded. I dont mind recommending the product to anyone and everyone as it has been doing well for me.

Disappointed and Poor Service The device stopped working within 3 months of purchase. Chat with multiple agents but no one gives a solution instead of giving excuses. Shocked to see that the device shows the vehicle moving whereas it is parked. it's been 2 days since I got a response on an email that someone is going to call me but it seems no one has time to call. ticket no. 204446 & 204722

Pathetic. App says no internet access even when connected to good wifi or 5g network. it works for few seconds, in case of theft activity, the device has to be tracked within the few seconds. App needs to be improved. This is a bug, if not taken seriously, entire product features and purpose go for toss.
