Barely functional. Map doesn't list all parking lots. Finding lots by address doesn't work. Finding lots by name does, but there's no search history, which makes things more difficult, because when there's a payment error it is extremely difficult to recover from. (It doesn't allow you to enter new card info on error, and it continues to default to old saved cards.) Paying for parking shouldn't take 5 minutes fighting an app. The PayByPhone and Passport parking apps are significantly better.

Edit: I got a ticket a minute after paying. Absolutely dogwater app. nothing works, search frequently breaks, the sign had a 4 digit number on it that didn't work, and the map is completely unresponsive. also has a $1 inconvenience fee. Of course we have no choice but to use it because it is the only one used by impark.

The app is not great, and is not connected with their web-based (QR) system. The QR code payment method failed me because the lot hours were incorrect and ended at midnight, so I had to download the app to pay through the night. My card was charged and app showed me good through 10am, but still got a ticket in the morning for $90 for failure to pay at 3am. Additional issue is that the signage in the lots has a lot#, but the app only has names so you can't search easily.
