LeakBot smart water leak alarm helps make life that little bit easier. A single LeakBot can easily spot the hidden leaks within your home's plumbing system before they become a bigger problem, helping to prevent water damage and expensive repair costs.

The LeakBot app keeps you up to date on the status of your home's plumbing, alerting you when there's a problem and also helping you to diagnose the cause and book a repair.

The process started out ok but it would not connect. I tried different approaches to no avail. I sent a email to leak bot about the problem. They responded back with instructions to do. One was turn off Bluetooth and VPN. I have Verizon Internet and had 2 different passwords for WiFi. I think I was using the wrong password. Plus turning off Bluetooth and VPN took care of the problem. It connected and worked ok,easy process.

Picks up the tiniest leakage. Our automated watering system had a problem on a timer not fully closing. Water was continually flowing, and Leakbot reported to me by text and email whilst I was 200 miles away from home. My neighbour shut off the main stopcock until I returned home and fixed the problem. (A new timer)!!

excellent ( in a way 😁👍). installed Leakbot. After 62 days leak free it told me I'd got a leak and had for 2 days. It provides checks to track down the leak. A cursory check revealed no leak. However an overnight glass under a tap revealed leak in kitchen tap. I'd never have spotted this until months later. Fixed it less than 24 hours after being notified by Leakbot. I honestly thought Leakbot was throwing a wobbly, so impressed to find out it was that accurate. Thank you Leakbot 😁👍.
