Their services are very poor. They always answer you with another issue not related to your query to escape solving your specific problem. You will end up paying a lot of gas fees swapping between LBTC and USDT multiple times. They do not accept an initial amount of less than $25. But, with my initial amount of $75.00 BTC, they convert it into LBTC. To peg-out from LBTC back to BTC at least 0.001 BTC is required. You can't access your assets via another decentralized exchange.
