The app is not good et al. I have tried to insert 5 euro and it kept showing erros...All of a sudden it appeared a balance of 10 euro (it appeared twice the credit of 5). The company does not want to refund me for the credit not used even If I'am a tourist and live abroad, not having an opportunity to use the credit in the account. Horrible custumer service. I would never use it again when go back to Italy.

When you open the app, the BIT logo startup animation takes too long with a full 5 seconds of waiting. After that, the map is shown, but it shows Rome regardless of where you are and you have to wait another 2 seconds for it to take the position. Once the right place is shown, however, the zoom is exaggerated, so you have to waste a few more seconds to zoom out. This app is really infuriating when you are in a hurry and if you want to attract people for whom time is money, you need to fix it.

€7.50 for two scooters 23 minutes each. it was a bit of fun but I'll walk next time. It's 6kmph in pedestrian areas which means you have people walking faster than you. First scooter was €1 offer. The suspension was good on old scooter but stem was rattling like crazy on the newer version. My 14yr old daughter loved it, as in the UK you must be 18 and have driving licence to hire electric scooter.
