Ratings and reviews

Dott was great in Belgium but beyond horrible in London. In Belgium they were well taken care of, plentiful, and the app worked great. In London it was the exact opposite and a huge waste of time and money. The app didn't show no-go zones until you were half way through! Then you had to walk back to exit. Terrible. The worst part was spending 15 minutes trying to get the app to recognize that it was being parked in an approved zone. Very disappointed by the performance and would not recommend.

The bikes are getting worse and worse. Almost every time there is some kind of a technical issue. Most annoying is the battery. Even if the app shows 9km of range, you can barely ride 3 km with it. Dott is also one of the most expensive services in Berlin. Absolutely not worth it.

The app and the overall service is pretty poor. Contact Us page doesn't function at all and their live chat AI might be the worst I've ever come across. No in built navigation on a transport app is an insane oversight. Walked past 5 scooters/bikes over a km distance and they were all either reported broken or out of battery. Ended up wasting time just to end up taking the bus Update: Parking spot had 6 vehicles, all broken or out of battery. Got one that let me use it, and it didn't work
