Ratings and reviews

Very limited function, not as advertised - can only see account balance, transactions, and transfer between accounts

Limited functionality! The app is easy to use but lacks some of the important mobile banking features - can't transfer to a third party (you need to log in into a desktop to do this), no investment access (stocks/funds), no local payment utility, can't link to MPay. You can only view balance and pay credit card. It's one of the world's well known bank, but lagging way behind against other banks in Macau. BOC and BNU app is way better.

HSBC offers the least convenience and worst banking service in Macau over the past 10+ years. Of course, the app will keep the dissatisfying standard. By every click on the simplest function in the app reminds users that they made a terriable decision of chossing this bank.
