Ratings and reviews

The app hasn't worked since it was "revamped" back in August. That's a really long time for it to not be working, especially throughout the black friday, cyber Monday and Christmas period. I have rewards on my account that I want to use, but I'm unable to as the app will not let me log in. I have a new phone with the latest operating system loaded onto it, as you seem to be blaming that in the tiny number of bad reviews that you've actually acknowledged.

The concept is great, but unfortunately the app is unreliable, slow, and clunky. It’s also frustrating that rewards don’t automatically appear at the register (like they do at Woolworths). Instead, you end up standing there holding your phone up, trying to get enough signal to check whether you have any in-store rewards. C'mon Myer... you're better than this!

The app was great until one day it started not really working anymore! it's become glitchy in the last few weeks....... for the last week, I can only get the app to open with the phrase "Something went wrong when signing you in." then if I select account I can get my card up and nothing else works in the app 😮‍💨 oh wait perhaps this has something to do with the new affiliate points changes 🤔
