The update is great, adds a wealth of new features, and is really smooth to use. The only things I'd have like to see which aren't there is 1. Dark mode! and 2. The ability to search by scanning a barcode; it would be so handy when reordering something, or when looking for a size/quantity unavailable in store, to be able to find it easily with the app without needing to guess at names/details and then filter through all the results or find/wait for assistance in store.

The new update is terrible. I don't like it at all. It used to open instantly, but now it takes about 5-10 seconds to open and sometimes not at all. It also freezes when I press certain icons. I have not received my birthday voucher. Update: I received my birthday voucher, but the app is still freezing when pressing any link buttons on the home page and taking too long, sometimes loading pages.

Very slow. Basic. Poor quality, nowhere near the standard of the previous app. Does not show current promotions.I now prefer to use the Myer website rather than the app to purchase or browse. Extremely Disappointed in the app.

We've integrated shopping into the MYER one experience, and we’re working hard on speed and usability updates! You should be able to view all the same offers in the Benefits tab, but thanks for bearing with us through these updates.
