This app is so slow to open, coming into Christmas it will slow the whole process of getting customers through the registers in a timely fashion near impossible. The only problem with old app was the constant updating of it. You need to remember a lot of people are not tech savy or don't want to be doing updates every time they shop. People want quick and simple.

This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. It's super slow, issues with viewing the shopping cart to pay as this never works. The app continually freezes, I've uninstalled this and reinstalled but still doesn't work. I have to go to the website to do my purchase but then can't use my reward. This is very frustrating and I would like to know how we're meant to use our rewards. Your website doesn't give you the option to use this. Very disappointing app!

i have been a Myer one customer for a long time. i like to buy online and check out sales and look for items on line. The old app worked just fine. login in and out easily. at home, or in the store. this new up doesnt work. simply freezes all the time. and in the store you cant even use your myer one card as it never opens. many customers are having the same issues. please take a look at it, it needs adjusting!!
