Say goodbye to the dinner table battles! The Appetizer helps you as a parent to let your picky and/or stubborn little eater eat in a relaxed, playful, and positive manner and get accustomed to new flavors.

Do you recognize the struggle at the table? Not fun, but you are certainly not alone! From around age 2, it's quite normal for children to become more selective with their food. The reason for this is that children around this age start to find it daunting to try new flavors (= neophobia). Combined with the "no" phase, it can often be a challenge at the table! This app was created by parents for parents.

Appetizer is the app to motivate your picky and/or stubborn little eater to try new flavors in a relaxed, playful, and positive way. Research shows that sometimes a child needs to taste a flavor 10 to 15 times before becoming accustomed to it. The more your child tastes a bite, the greater the chance that he/she will come to appreciate the flavor. Appetizer contributes to developing a healthy and varied eating pattern for your child.

How does it work?

Preparation:
