I've been using this app for years and everything was good. But I'm giving 4 stars because today when I purchased a minute pack, I didn't receive it. ৳200 was taken out from my bKash account for the payment of the pack, but I got no minute. I had to purchase it again and spend ৳200 more.

very convenient apps. Easily you can buy bundle packs, see usage history, recharge from Bkash and many more. The only downside is you can't use the app without a data pack. sometimes to buy data you need to access the app. but you can't

"Airtel provides good network coverage and reliable connectivity in most areas. The call quality is clear and the internet speed is quite stable compared to many other operators.
