Ratings and reviews

Kochi metro tickets don't work for me, can't confirm UPI payment. Also, I can't uncheck the "book return" checkmark, so the app is always trying to buy 2 tickets at once. Scheduling regular drivers works fine, however I always double checked with one competitor that consistently charges lower rates, most noticeable on long distance transfers. For example for Ernakulam downtown to the airport I'm getting 700-800 Rs quoted, while others give me around 500.

Not only once But the fare has raised four times for me. Not for 10/-. It goes more than 70 80/-. It looks like scam now. Shows something but while drop it increases like anything. There's no option for complaint. It's my 4th time since I did not get any refund of the excess money cut also. Knowingly drives take the longer rout. If you tell to follow the map, they will say road issue or traffic issue is there and they will take other root. Initially it was good but not these days.

Horrible experience. Got fooled by the initial price while booking. It showed me 1600 for my trip when started, so I booked it since ola was showing 1800. But after reaching my place, the fair changed to 2060. 400rs more. Never seen such a drastic change in the price in any of the apps. Used it for the first time, and that would be the last as well. Should have gone for ola, atleast I could have saved 200rs. Don't fall for the fake reviews in play store
