The latest version of the Android app crashes constantly. I have reinstalled, deleted cache. Nothing helps. Please fix. Update: Free support blame my phone and don't offer a solution even though all my other apps work fine

Terrible app, with a terrible company, my parent in-laws internet goes down every 4 days, I have to deal with rude support from Karim in Paris to fix it, the apps bad the internet's bad and customer service is terrible.
