Had to jump through some hoops to get the app working again after the recent August 12 update. After the update app failed to start ('something went wrong, try again later' message). Uninstalled data and app, had to remove all mobile devices from device registrations using web access on a computer, reinstall the app on the phone and reregister the phone. Finally working again. Not very upgrade friendly...

The app is a disaster for people with a visual impairment. No dark mode, incredibly small font that doesn't scale with android font settings and low contrast on top of that. Clearly not designed with customers with low vision in mind. Same applies to the horrible random reader. Just a high contrast / dark mode and fonts that would scale with android font settings would bring it a long way.

To devs: the app freezes when left in background. So when you reopen it you have a empty screen. (android 14, oneplus 9). Latest version of app 7.41.0. This makes it hard to copy a back account for example from a different app because you can't switch apps because it will freeze. Didn't have issues before the update! Will adjust review when fixed to 5/5 because the rest is really good 😁
Good morning Robert-jan, thanks for your review. Can you try to delete the app, turn your phone off and on. Download the app again and register with ID or card and scanner? We hope this helps to solve the issue
