Backup seems to work fine but I'm disappointed by lacking basic features. 1. I can't find any way to access my backed up photos from my phone on my pc. I find them in the browser and can download them, but there is no option to sync them to a folder on my pc. 2. The feature to hide photos is nice, but the automatic hiding is terrible. I have hundreds of screenshot and receipts that are not hidden by default, and hundreds of photos of my kids that have been hidden.

Got this because more popular solutions didn't have individual plans for more than 4TB storage. Unlimited storage sounded tempting, but there had to be a downside: the sync is just awful. It worked fine when I tested the free account, but once I got a paid one and went over 5Gb, files stopped uploading to the cloud from Win folder. Mobile uploads work 50:50. What's the point in unlimited storage if you can't use it? Also, you can't select subfolders in selective sync. Don't waste your money!

So far, so good, but some basic features are missing. Like changing the date on photos. And why aren't albums sorted by the most recent photo first just like it is in the "All photos" section? Another basic feature that could be useful is cropping/rotating. I'm okay with not having all the other fancy editing tools that other apps provide but those two are pretty basic.
