I get emails about a new message but no message shows. It cancelled my appointment for not filling out the intake that is nowhere to be found. I clicked the link in the email, nothing. I looked around the app. Nothing. My appointment doesn't even show up in the connect app at all. Only in Link. Horrible. It's already hard enough to do in-person. It shouldn't be this annoying to do a simple video visit.

It keeps sending me to a Verification email. over and over again. So I tried to sign up "again" and I keep getting the Welcome back and here's your "verification email" the This app doesn't work and is a waste of time. The app is downloaded on my phone but it keeps sending verification email. After that I can't continue with adding account details. It keeps saying "something went wrong. please try again". I tried 10 times still not working. Do NOT try and waste your time.

Please follow these troubleshooting tips below and reach out to our team at support.csconnect@cedars-sinai.org if you're still stuck. - Delete the CS Connect app and reinstall - Delete all verification emails from previous login attempts - Attempt to log in again through the app

I keep hitting the LOGIN button and nothing happens. It keeps sending me to a Verification email. over and over again. So I tried to sign up "again" and I keep getting the Welcome back and here's your "verification email" the app is downloaded on my phone and it is NOT WORKING! NOW WHAT?
