Biometrics is an option on login page but doesn't actually work, why have the option if you can't use it. Messages to providers seem to go away after a month. The whole send a message is confusing as it's not clear where to start your message. Labs show up intermittently. Only thing useful is to see future apts. It's okay but definitely not there yet. Definitely feels like the Dev team focuses on iOS versus Android.

This app would be great if it didn't keep telling me my info was wrong. I had to create an account 4 times because it was saying any email I put in was wrong. When I finally was able to register, and get a pin, it kept saying "oops something is wrong try again". I really thought it would be nice to make an appointment on this app without having to call, but with these troubles it's impossible for me to even get into my account.

Bill pay is a sometimes thing. Sometimes it shows you have nothing due even though insurance has already done their thing and you want to pay the deductible. Then months later you're in collections. (Maybe that was when they were re-doing their systems, but that shouldn't have been my problem to determine.) When (some) billing info is there, all you can see is bill total, no details such as patient, insurance, etc. Also received an email unsolicited that requested PII, from an unknown address.

What's new

This version includes the ability to cancel and request to reschedule an appointment as well as other miscellaneous bug fixes and enhancements. For all of the available features, update to the latest version.
