I have 1 problem again, I noticed that I think while you're extracting the names to autopopulate at the point of registration, you also pull out the previous name. so now my account shows 4 names yet my ID shows 3 names. This can cause very big problem as it creates a fake person on my NIN number. I don't have 4 names, I only have 3. would you please rectify this error. I don't want to have issues when I withdraw otherwise, I stopped saving

I'm not happy with this app😭🥺 I would like to put zero star but I didn't find it. this app is very easy to deposit as in to save. but the problem comes when you want to withdraw using this app. I tried to withdraw some of my money 300,000. 28/10/2025. up to now I didn't get it. today is 01/11/2025. now it's 5 days. now what are you going to explain to me. don't think about the bank statement because me I'm using MTN mobile number. is my withdraw method. don't forget I'm using. (SMART LIFE😭)

it's good... you now need to input the withdrawal options for people eligible. The eligible person should be able to make withdrawals using the App now.. not again going to the head office
