Site and app are so dated and sluggish. Every time I switch to it I have to re login and authenticate, then it times out half the time. A credit union as large and with as much resources as this and their stuff is garbage is inexcusable. Customer service is decent, but they're starting to upsell products Everytime. Starting the process of transferring out of there.

I have notifications set up to alert me when deposits, withdrawals, etc are posted to each account, and have my settings on my phone set to allow notifications from the app, but I NEVER receive notifications of any account postings. Additionally, the app is prone to spinning instead of loading. It gets frustrating having to close it out. Taking pictures of checks for mobile deposit is also frustrating--the image comes out distorted so I have to repeatedly re-do it before it will accept it.

A few reasons why this company is garbage. - CONSTANT errors when trying to make a payment. 3 of the last 4 payment attempts had an error. - Scheming, bordering on predatory, practices. If you want to make a principal only payment you have to transfer money to their savings acct and then apply it to the loan. - It takes nearly a week to transfer money to their savings account. The company actively makes principal payments harder. Avoid this lender at all costs as their website is also subpar.
