About this app

The mZUS mobile application allows you to view selected information that is available on your [insured person's] or [beneficiary's] account on the Electronic Services Platform (PUE). Thanks to the application:
→ you will submit an application for the Good Start 300+ benefit, 800+ childcare benefit, family care capital and co-financing the fee for the child's stay in a nursery, children's club or day care provider,
→ check the status of sent applications,
you will read messages for the mZUS application and notifications, i.e. messages that appeared on your PUE profile, as well as correspondence with the ZUS Customer Contact Center,
→ you can act on behalf of the person who gave you power of attorney to PUE,
→ you will make an authenticated telephone call to the ZUS hotline (ZUS Customer Contact Center),
→ you can book an e-visit (online visit) and a stationary visit at any ZUS branch,
→ use the pension calculator to calculate your projected pension according to the new rules (if you are a person who has not yet been granted a pension benefit from ZUS),
→ you will display information about your medical certificates (e-ZLA),
→ you will view data on insurance and contributions, benefits and pensions.

Before you install the application

Make sure you have a profile on PUE and that it is active. Information on how to create a profile on PUE can be found at www.zus.pl.

Application activation

Install mZUS on the selected device and connect the application to your PUE account.

1. Log in to PUE: https://www.zus.pl/portal/logowanie.npi
2. In the [Settings] side menu, select [Mobile devices].
3. Click [New Device].
4. The screen will display a QR code in the form of an image (to be scanned) and a string of characters (to be entered manually), which contains the device activation code.
5. Launch the application on your mobile device.
6. Read the regulations for using the mobile application.
7. Scan the QR code generated in PUE or enter the code manually.
Important! Before scanning the QR code, allow the mobile app to access the camera.
8. Enter the verification code that you will receive on the phone number or e-mail address, i.e. in the method you have established to regain access to PUE.
9. Set your four-digit PIN and start using the app.
