Aside from the connection problems, 80% times the app will not let me pay for more than one ticket at once (more items in the cart). It gives me weird error messaged such as "the time for payment has expired" or just that an error occured. This has not been fixed for like 4 years of this app being out? You cannot expect to be respected if you cannot even make the payment and displaying of the tickets work.

As bad as the web/mobile platform is, this app is by far the easiest way to travel. I use credit and and classic railplus and I was able to buy tickets with one transfer very easily (unlike web or mobile version). Logged in with my registration number which was fairly easy to find in my account. Pros: quick, easy and intuitive no necessary steps ticket, present and past journeys are all in the same place (no need to download pdf) Cons: I am missing top up credit feature (need to go to website)

This App has a good design and it's easy to buy tickets in it, however there is about 50% chance that it won't connect to the internet!!! So relying on this app to buy any ticket can be really infuriating. Maybe there is a problem with the slovakrail server itself and not the app, but anyway it's really frustrating when it doesn't connect.
