EDIT: For all those having CRASH issues. on one of the attempts to reset the app I found that if Notifications are not permitted it crashes constantly. with notifications allowed it works! Devs fix it, not all of us want notifications. Before: used to work awesome on pixel 8 in 2024, and now it just constantly crashes 5 seconds in. never fully loads. judging by past month reviews it's a common issue. I still got half a year premium which I cannot use now just cause app is dead.

The app crashes if you don't pay for a subscription. Thus, it's not free and is false advertising that warrants the owner's arrest. Edit to respond to response: What do you consider essential? I consider an app booting up and running without crashing essential! Clearly you're wrong to say you support essential features for free. At least make the app cost money to download instead of a subscription, then people won't be shocked and saddened by your actions.

This was one of the best on the market until it started constantly crashing. For no reason at all the app would just close. I got sick of it and uninstalled it. It's a shame, because even in its base settings, this app gave access to a lot of deep sky objects that other apps have you pay a premium for. Fix the crashing issues and I'll come back.
