Hi,! I'm a first time user of this, to me, a very essential app. Unfortunatey, it failed to assist me from the very start by making it very difficult to enter and to verify your information. It kept reading invalid parameters and not really telling you what they were and how to correct them. Also, whenever I tried to schedule an appointment, it kept reading that all the dates were booked and that were none available. It's too bad that the app has so many bugs because it really is very essential

I never seen a system work with that kind of error the app and the imss virtual desk are the worst experience I had considering I am good trying to make things work. The service is base on internet explorer and this is a technology no longer supported and with high risk. Again the government digital service is obsolete in the app (missing features and with fails) and in the web version. UNACCEPTABLE IN 2022 AND WE STILL NEED TO MAKE PAPAREWORK AT THE DEPENDENCIES WHERE THE INFO IS NOT CLEAE

When entering the information to get an appointment or anything in general. The app displays an error message "Server it taking longet than expected. Please try again later", therefore I had to stay waiting for my turn since 10am , just to get nymber 5 on the waiting line and this is for THE AFTERNOON SHIFT that officially starts at 3pm!!!
