Go to Settings. Calculate and input your stride length in millimetres. Step sensitivity begins at 10. Press return at top left to go to main screen. Test sensitivity by holding phone upright, tap start and begin counting your steps while walking. If you are not counting all steps, reduce the value. If you have added steps, increase the value. When you are satisfied with the sensitivity, you can zero the values by either going to settings and returning or closing app and restarting. Display records steps, speed, distance walked and time spent walking. If you wish to stop recording while walking for a chat or spot of shopping, tap the stop button and tap start when you are ready to continue walking. Enjoy.
