Ratings and reviews

Unless my issues get fixed, this will stay a 1 star review. I used to love this app, and it DOES pay, but lately there have been lots of issues tracking progress in games. I worked hard to complete a reward that was supposed to give 15Mil points (almost 150USD), but it didn't award my points. When I submitted a ticket like usual, I was told the maximum number of tickets had been fixed for this game and it couldn't be fixed for me. So because it wasn't tracking, I'm losing out on a lot of points

Started off great. Great variety of games, clear payout tasks/levels and just a few missing payouts that received quick resolutions from customer support. Would've rated 5 stars 2 to 3 months ago. Now the payouts for new games have decreased a lot, but it doesn't matter because 9 out of 10 games fail to download. Sure it says "Retry download" but don't waste your time...not once after numerous attempts has a failed download been successfully installed...EVER

I'm giving this a 1 star review for now. It did pay and the menu looks good. There are some fun games. However I'm having a dispute over a payout at the moment and and seems as though I've lost all progress on other games I was working on. I have been in contact with support but still waiting for a resolution. I will edit this to 4 stars if/when things are resolved.
