Terrible experience using the virtual Mastercard. I made a payment and then an extra large amount was deducted from my account. Customer service told me contact the recipient, who confirmed they only received the correct payment amount. Since then, I’ve followed up several times only to be told to "wait" repeatedly with no real progress or updates. It’s been weeks now. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I do not recommend using their virtual card, especially for large transactions.

The application is so amazing at most of things and easy to use for anyone who got smartphone but; the only problem is when you don't have bundle to open it and buy bundles. So It would be an honor if you make this app usable even without connection of data.

It's a good app and it's very good in transactions and deductions in general. The problem is only when changing the profile picture, if you use the modern dashboard the new profile picture doesn't get updates it remains the old one.
