The O2 app that allows you to manage your mobile accounts, access exclusive offers and shop for new accessories and mobile devices!
With the My O2 app you’ll be able to add data Bolt Ons, see your recent mobile charges, check your allowances, shop for new device upgrades and gadgets in our online store and get access to exclusive offers for O2 customers including free Wi-Fi. Sign in safe and securely with your fingerprint to access personal details and bills support. Sign up to Airtime Rewards, shop well-known brands and receive discounts on your O2 mobile bill!

The explore tab of our app gives you the option to buy our best-selling products with exclusive offers on the latest android devices and accessories including Samsung Galaxy S20, wireless headphones, Fit Bits and many more.

Bear in mind that the My O2 app isn’t available for O2 Business customers. And if you use the My O2 app outside of our Europe Zone, data roaming charges may apply.

I've uninstalled this app. It's just broken. Nothing about it works except the bits trying to sell you things, which says it all really. I'm seriously regretting changing to O2. I moved because my Internet is with Virgin, but the mobile plan has been disaster after disaster. The coverage isn't even that good. I'll be going back to Vodafone after this. The perk for being with O2 as well isn't worth it.

Terrible, the user experience has always been very bad but now it's worse! Recently I stopped being able to see any bills within the app! I've reinstalled and I can't log in, the change password link just never arrives to my email! For such a large corporation this is just unbelievable! Having a standard decent working app appears possible by everyone apart from O2!!

This used to be great. Now telling me that I can't log in. That my details don't match. Or that I've made too many attempts, even though I've only made one. It's pointless now. And it no longer links to my Airtime App. I used to be able to get money back on my bill but this is no longer possible. I'm really disappointed and I've pretty much given up. And contacting CS is also pointless. There's no one to talk to and no response when I emailed. It's so bad.
