Ratings and reviews

App has some limitations that are really annoying. If you try to do live chat and tap the text box, the box doesn't move out of the way for the keyboard. So, there is no way to see what you typed until you close the keyboard. This UX flaw is infuriating. The payment history is also an issue. I can see the first page of historical payments but when I tap "next" it just takes me back to the homepage.

works pretty good for most things. U-Haul has some good rates. I'm having problems getting quotes on longer rental periods because the app keeps hanging when I try to enter the number of days and miles to get the special rates. fix this and I'll give you five stars. ps: I also wish that I could save a location as my preferred location. it always defaults to the U-Haul that is closest to me and not is not the one that I like to go to because it doesn't have storage. Also, I can't see the contract

This might be the worst app ever created. I've rented 4 trucks using it. none of these rentals has been seamless, something always breaks, photos aren't accepted, it says you've completed the return, but, wait, it's still active when you wake up the next morning. I can't tell you how many times I've had to force stop, clear data, and re-login to try to get this thing to work. Total nightmare. Do not recommend (except when it's your only option).
