Ratings and reviews

Made a reservation, that reservation got automatically changed an hour prior to my time...to a place that closes an hour before my reservation, but dont worry, you can check in through the app! Which is all well and good....if the app would literally do anything. I can't even make an account without it saying "Oops, something on our end is wrong, try again." So now I'm out of a moving truck that I needed and booked a month ago. Thanks UHaul 👌🏻

update - dropping to 1 star. The app doesn't even function. Just go to the counter. The number of things you have to decline when making a reservation is ludicrous - boxes, rental totes, dollies and pads, moving help, loading help, unloading help, and extra insurance, all on separate consecutive pages that load sooo slowly and make the process take 5 times longer than necessary. also, u-haul's increased prices make other vendors more cost effective.

Awful app with poor functionality. I was able to check in but it made me start the process over twice before I was able to successfully get through all the steps. Same issues when I tried returning. 2 times I uploaded photos of the fuel and odometer and entered the info and it made me start over, then said it couldn't find my location even though it was enabled on my phone and the app permissions. I ended up having to go to the counter to return the truck. This app is a big waste of time.
