Ratings and reviews

The app failed me on both pickup and drop-off. On pickup, even though the location feature knew my location, check-in repeatedly failed on verifying my location. On check out, the process reset itself every time I rotated my phone to take a better picture, even when I was almost done and didn't finish taking pictures, and I couldn't finish check out and had to call. Basically, don't bother.

Absolutely horrible experience trying to do self rental. The app can't verify my location even after giving IT permissions and using the camera in the app to take a picture of your license is a frustrating experience because the picture is pixelated and stretched out and the app can't read the info. I had to use the mobile website on Chrome and it worked much better. This app isn't necessary at all.

Not compatible with android phones. Constantly crashed or will not load. Will say you filled out documents then delete everything. Took us almost 40 minutes to pick up a truck. Why doesn't the website offer check-in amd out when the apps not working. Called customer service for help and just got put on hold forever. Same thing happened trying to to turn the truck back in. If I could give the app 0 stars I would.
