Complete garbage... As usual, the app and switches worked for a certain amount of time and now they lost connection. Normally, going into the app and removing the device, cycling power to the device allows resyncing.... Only this time the worthless app won't even open! Now I've got multiple switches that are useless. Time to finally invest in a system that works and is supported fully be a respectable company. Whoever is in charge of the app has no clue what they're doing

- I see your app version is out of date, and I'd expect that is the root issue you're seeing. Please update to app version 2.7.5, and that'll correct the matter.

Junk app and junk switches. They work for a while, but if your router resets you are screwed, abs someone the switches just stop connecting, requiring you to reset up the switch. The apo itself works about 50%of the time. Currently, when I try to connect, it looks like an old school web page and times out. Really would expect better.

This app is trash! The only thing it's useful for is connecting your smart switches to your home network. I got 3 switches and tried several times to set up the "scenes" to automatically turn lights on/off with limited success. Additionally, my smart hub rarely connects to Legrand's servers, and the automation scenes don't work as intended. Some days, they work, other days they dont. I use the app to "manually" turn lights on/off while I'm away to make it look like I'm home.
