something is going on with the APP it will open on my IPAD but not on my droid. please fix bugs this is horrible. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still goes to a white screen and closes. update---customer service responded quickly to my problem and IT fixed bugs. app working.

App has not been working for over a month. Have tried to contact and no response. This is a huge issue being that it is how we control our home security

The app is not working. We have the new system sent to us but it us not connected to the cloud. Could we please get some assistance.
